To confirm your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. You can pay via bank transfer, debit/credit card, PayPal, or Viva Payments. For non-refundable rates, full prepayment of the booking amount is necessary.

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 21 days before your arrival, and your deposit will be fully refunded. For bookings made with a non-refundable rate, payments already made cannot be refunded.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash, up to €500, in compliance with Greek regulations.
• All major credit and debit cards.
• Bank transfer (Alpha Bank and Piraeus Bank).
• PayPal.
• Viva Payments.

The room rates include all taxes, except for the new climate resilience fee, which is EUR 1.50 per room, per night. This fee is charged separately, as required by law.

Unless otherwise specified in your booking, check-in is available from 15:00, and check-out is required by 11:00.

Early check-in and late check-out may be possible upon request, depending on availability and the hotel's occupancy. Please contact us in advance to arrange this.

• At Kallichoron Art Boutique Hotel you can book a double studio, deluxe double studio, triple studio, double spaced apartment, master or junior suite, or deluxe house.
• At Kallichoron Country Houses in Livadi, options include a 2-person or 4-person house.
• You can also book the Kallichoron Signature Villa in Chora, a two-bedroom house that accommodates up to 6 persons. 
• Traditional houses in the Castle settlement are available, hosting 2-4 guests.

Yes, the hotel is built amphitheatrically, and all rooms offer stunning views of the traditional village of Chora, including the Venetian Castle and windmills. Rooms on higher levels also enjoy sea views, while those on lower levels have limited sea views.

Unfortunately, we do not have smoking rooms. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms. However, smoking is allowed in outdoor areas, provided it does not disturb other guests.

Kallichoron is a truly pet-friendly hotel, where your pet will feel welcomed and at ease with our innovative services and amenities. If you're traveling with your pet, please inform us in advance so we can arrange everything for a smooth stay.

Kallichoron Art Boutique Hotel is built on different levels and does not have an elevator, which may pose difficulties for individuals with limited mobility. We recommend the apartment located at street level to avoid stairs. However, please note that while the room is comfortable, it and its bathroom are not specifically designed for accessibility needs.

Free WiFi is available throughout the accommodations, including all rooms and public areas. Additionally, there is a business corner located in the Reception area for your convenience.

At Kallichoron Art Boutique Hotel, we offer guests the opportunity to calculate and offset the carbon footprint of their entire trip, contributing to the protection of our planet. This is made possible through the Carbon Footprint Calculating Engine (CFC Engine™) developed in collaboration with the Wayaj platform.

At Kallichoron Art Boutique Hotel and the Kallichoron Signature Villa, daily housekeeping is provided, with linen changes every 3 days. At Kallichoron Country Houses and the Traditional Houses, both housekeeping and linen changes occur every 3 days.

If you'd like, you can have fresh beach towels delivered to your room daily for an additional charge. Alternatively, you can purchase a limited edition Astypalea Towel by Kallichoron & Sun of a Beach from the Kallichoron Shop, which includes free daily washing service.

A laundry bag is provided in your room for clothes you wish to have washed and ironed, for an additional charge. Free iron and ironing board are available if you prefer to do it yourself.

A municipal playground is located nearby. Additionally, babysitting services are available upon request for an extra charge.

At Kallichoron Art Boutique Hotel, all guests are offered the personalized "Grandma's Breakfast" service, served on your room's terrace daily from 08:30 to 11:30.

Yes! Non-guests are welcome to enjoy the famous "Grandma’s Brunch" at Kallichoron Café, featuring traditional Astypalean dishes and vegan alternatives, served daily from 09:00-13:00.

You can also order a "Grandma’s Basket" via the mobile app and pick it up from the hotel or designated points in Chora, Livadi, and Pera Gialos, daily from 09:00-13:00..

The Kallichoron Signature Villa is conveniently located in the heart of Astypalea’s Chora, right next to the traditional windmills and the main square. Within a few meters of the villa, you’ll find public parking, a bakery, supermarket, fruit shop, and cafés.

The Kallichoron Country Houses are located in the Livadi settlement, just 1.5 km from Chora, within a large estate with a garden. They are also only 300 meters from Livadi Beach, with nearby options for dining, cafés, and a mini-market.

The Traditional Houses are charming, traditional Astypalean homes situated in the heart of the picturesque settlement of Chora, just a few steps away from the Venetian Castle.

We offer complimentary transportation from the port or airport to our accommodations. Please inform us of your exact arrival and departure times, ideally at the time of booking or at least one day before your arrival, so we can arrange your pickup accordingly.

• At Traditional Houses, while cars can reach a nearby area, they cannot park directly at the property. Public parking spaces in Chora are available for your convenience.

In line with the "Astypalea: Smart and Sustainable Island" program, the island is gradually replacing conventional vehicles with electric ones, as well as promoting alternative transportation options like the on-demand AstyBus and AstyGo car-sharing services. However, conventional vehicles are still allowed to operate on the island without any restrictions.
